- Black Zorya is a one-person woman-owned business which means all activities from creating new products to marketing, customer service, shipping, etc. are done by myself.

- My dream is to create dark themed jewelry which is suitable for all alternative souls. I don't want to limit my work on just one type of lifestyle so you'll see quite alot of different creations that could range from hippie to tribal, rustic, pagan or goth. The main goal of my art is to make you feel beautiful, powerful, unique and to have fun in everyday life.

- I'm doing my best always to make sure customer satisfaction is at 100%. Your patience and understanding would be highly appreciated since my creations require many hours of manual labour.

Processing Time:

The time required for preparing orders may vary due to order volume. I strive to ship all orders within 5 business days.

Shipping estimates:

- Europe: 5-12 business days

- US: 9-17 business days

- Canada: 10-20 business days

- Australia: 13-17 business days

- Asia: 8-12 business days

- Latin America & The Caribbean: 9-17 business days

Please note that after processing an order the responsibility for shipping lies with the respective shipping company. I am not personally responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping as well as any import taxes and/or fees that may apply.

Tracking

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands and will be provided with a tracking number.

In order to make sure your jewelry is preserved for as long as possible i advise the following:

- The majority of pieces are not water, sweat and/or humidity resistent. So in time they might tarnish.

- After applying parfume or skincare products wait a few minutes so your skin can absorb the products before putting on the jewelry.

- Take of your jewelry before showering or swimming.

- To keep the jewelry clean, wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.

- If in any way your jewelry gets wet, don't try to 'speed dry' it. Simply leave it to dry naturally on air.

- Keep your jewelry away from dust by storing it in a box or cotton bag. Also don't mix your jewelry with other metals that are already oxidized.

All my pieces are unique and handmade according to my personal vision. Despite that I am always open to discussing custom orders. Prices and delivery times may vary.
